If they are keeping Timlin in the game, why am I still watching the game? Why am I not even channel surfing with the score of 13-4 Texas staring back at me from my screen? After a long and crushing day of BC football (last season was just a tease) and work, here I am trying to unwind, to Timlin?
The hunt for October has begun. We no longer have a choice in watching baseball. No matter how tired or busy we are, it’s that time of year again. Where we absolutely have to watch every inning of every game. And the good games (Wednesday, three bunts!) we have to watch twice. I was fortunate to watch that in the park. Nothing beats a day game. Especially when you get to watch it all over again on NESN when you get home.
Somehow, though, I have a hunch I won’t be watching this game again. We all better get a good night of sleep (when this game ends), because tomorrow football season really starts at 1PM. And Monday, well we all know what that brings!
